I watched Underworld Awakening last night.
Of course it’s always nice to see a pretty gun toting girl running around shooting things up. But seriously, this plot was WEAK!
The only times Selene ran out of bullets was when the plot required it. Seriously unrealistic, even for a vampire / werewolf movie.
The other hard to swallow was the villain. Who was the villain? And what about the fate of humankind…? Any conjecture further on my part will make this post into a spoiler. And while I was left lukewarm on my feelings towards this movie, I don’t intend to ruin it for you.
Would I recommend this movie? Only if you are one of those people that has to see the newest sci-fi fantasy and plot is no option!
5 out of 10 stars… if I squint and look at it sideways.
